Under Jacob’s leadership, Smithfield Township worked with neighboring municipalities to rescue emergency services. Historic, sustainable funding has enabled our first responders to be safer in their responses and purchase necessary firetrucks and ambulances.
STRONGER.
Our Township has grown. When Jacob took office, it was past time for the staff to match the needs of the community. Now, with an expanded Public Works and professionalized office, we’re more efficient than ever and bringing in grant revenue.
SMITHFIELD.
It is important to make progress, but it is equally important to preserve the community we love at the same time. With Jacob’s “walk and chew gum” mentality, Smithfield has done just that, promoting quality of life ordinances and zoning that meets our needs.
